Wahrscheinlich nicht. Sobald du die PIN eingegeben hast, gilt das als Vertragsschluss und du hältst den Vertrag insofern nicht ein, dass du die Abogebühren nicht bezahlst. Du begehst also Vertragsbruch und somit eine Straftat.
