Wen du bei einem Serverswitch gebannt wurden, würd ich ein ticket shreiben.. Den mein Kumpel wurde auch dadurch gebannt, als er von International zu germany gewächselt hat.. Dann hat er Ticket geschrieben und wurde entbannt ( natürlich hat er nicht gehackt, falls du gehackt hast wirst du eben nicht entbannt )

There were rumors of those two programs being detectable but I don't think they are.
Why? NcSoft usually collects bans till they send them all out at once. That is supposed to cause some panic under botters - and help NcSoft help hide their detection methods by decoupling bot test and ban feedback.
I am still using both programs and am not banned, but guess it...
