I have never seen a "D3" error. Where are you getting it from?

wer mir hilft das bei mir zu laufen zu bringen bekommt 20 euro psc.

I don't know exactly what this says, but he can't "make it work". It's not completed. You can't make it magically do everything. Ahaha.
I have this all installed and ready to use on a Virtual Machine. The problem is I can't upload it :\. I'll compress it down and see if I can't get it uploaded so people can see that it works.

Regarding the error message: It tells you that the SQL Commands Invoke and BeginInvoke cannot be called before the windowhandle has been created.
Also, about that source code:
It does basically work, but needs a lot of fixes to be stable and running ingame. The packet handling needs a lot of optimization for being able to handle more players without having uber-strong servers.
People, have a look at this piece of code and imagine what can be done with this using it in a cheat. This imagination is the true worth of this code.

Hi all! I read the guide and I have completed all the steps successfully. When i open warrock and I do login, I select the server but nothing happens. Can you help me please?
