ey mein acc ist nicht mehr abrufbar und da wollte ich fragen was ich machen soll ich habe diese e-mail bekommen

 War bei mir auch lvl 30 weg , dann hattest du keylogger, kannst du vergessen bekommst du nicht mehr .

Ein Keylogger ist ein Virus/Trojaner der deine Daten geschickt bekommt undso mit deinen Account hacken kann

erstell nen new acc (alle deine daten auser id+spitzname müssen gleich sein)
und dann schreib ein ticket auf der homepage und sag das es dein neben acc is und dann vllt bekommste ihn wd wenn dann änder vom andern pw und e-mail adresse
