BUT I found out if you do Cheap Shot, then Body Shot in rapid succession (No moves OF ANY KIND in between), Body Shot will ALWAYS hit! This not only does a little damage, it leaves your enemy more vulnerable to other moves down the line--or just "normal" fighting!
