Did you extract the winrar file?
Did you start the hack as administrator?
Try to insall .NET Framework, then test it again.

1.Firewall off ?
2.AntiVirus programm off?!
3.Did you extract the winrar file?

yes , i started the hack as adminstartor
i installed .NET Framework
