Du bekommst glaube ich auch keine Email. Frag einfach beim Support nach wenn du es ganz genau wissen möchtest. Im Normalfall bist du permanent gebannt, da es egt. selten temporäre Banns gibt.
Geh auf die Homepage, logg dich ein und klick auf deinen Name da würd es stehen und wenn du zu unrecht gebannd wurdest empfehle ich dir ein Ticket an den Support zu schreiben da sie zur Zeit welche von geblockten Accounts annehmen.
Schreib doch einfach mal den Support an,die werden dir den Grund bestimmt sagen.
Jedoch wenn du gehackt hast würde ich das erst garnicht machen.Lohnt sich dann nicht.
du kannst es vergessen ich wurde auch gebannd -.- und habe den Support an geschrieben aber die schreiben immer die Standard Antwort die schreiben das du gegen die regeln verstoßen hat wen du dan zurück an schreibst kommt der Satz noch mal -.- das ist kein Support .

IP banned due to CE 05/23/2008 - Silkroad Online - 6 Replies hi, i hav used the CE to log-in faster for about 2 months already, but yesterday i was disconnected then i cant log-in anymore. if i use normal client the start button dont show, if i use loader by rumanata i can log-in but i cant see any mobs, npc or other players. does this mean that my ip is banned?
