naja bei deinem antivir system musst du halt auf deinem desktop das icon dafür suchen doppelklick drauf und auf deaktivieren gehen...
bei firewall musst du auf systemsteuerung gehen und da unter irgendwas mit sicherheit oder so deine firewall auch deaktivieren...
schau am besten mal selber nach wo alles beide ist und probier einfach mal aus wo alles ist etc.
aber normalerweise sollte das eigentlich kein problem sein xD
aber ich weiß ja nich wie alt du bist xD
