Also ich denke das es irgendwas mit den Systemen zu liegen hat 
Weil bei mir Läufts reibungslos ^^
Hab auch mal CC cleaner benutzt hat gefunzt ^^

Öffne deinen CCleaner.
Geh auf Analysieren
warte kurz ab.
Und dann "Starte CCleaner" ^^
Aber es kann auch sein das irgendwas die Hacks blockt (d.h Viren , Malware) all solche dinge
