MAN the problem wasn't that I didn't run it as administrator..I didn't notice but It was set to run as administrator from the beginning when I simply was double clicking the exe I had the notification appearing without left click>run as admin...I got into the game before when I didn't turn any cheats ON..so now I went in the game and as usually I turned on the cheats before I enter the room or the map and I noticed that if you turn STW ON you are not able to enter or use vehicles and stairs, now I have no idea is this a bug or it is like that because it cant be otherwise? anyway I'm glad I figured out what really was the problem.
