This is just an great example of the amateur skill of the people who wrote the inbox code. You should always check everything server sided. It's such a shame that none really cares about "security". I've only seen 1 server so far that is really good developed that is really secure (and no it's not ToXiiC's), I hope that in the future the server will be more secured.
I've seen so many fails in this community, people calling them self a 'pro' 'CODER' which makes sense at all. Only a real programmer can develop a decent emulator and not a simple 'Coder'.
A great example by ToXiiC calling his emulator a 'core'. It's not a 'core' it's an emulator or server. A core is the framework / base mechanic of an application. It's just a shame that people take over the wrong things from the weaker developers. Another example is a dedicated server, as far as I'm aware it's not called a root. A root is part of a tree. If you mean root access then it just means that you've got fully access to the server..
If you want to secure the things in the emulators, stop the blindly taking over bad code from each other and start to use your brains.
This isn't mean to be offensive but it's just the truth. You can't develop better servers if you just copy and paste from each other unless it's a decent framework or code that is reviewed by others and approved.
