Finally thinking about cheating now. Need advice.

As my username states, I'm sick and tired of playing on an un-level playing field. It's finally sunk in that the game devs don't care about cheating, now that they've made their millions.

Before I take the plunge, could someone please tell me what they estimate the percentage of cheaters to be in any given 100-person lobby (Official Servers). I'm talking about closet cheaters + rage cheaters.

Is it 5% of the lobby? 10%? 15%? 20%?

Just want to know how many other cheaters I'm going to face off against in any given match.

This is an impossible statistic, would vary greatly based on region, but I would say 1% of the lobby on the high end.

Its not nearly ever as much as people think it is.

Have had alpha access to the game since July and I haven't seen a single obvious cheater.

had 3 cheaters first 30 minutes into the game after season 2 dropped while updating advance, so there is a lot imo

Realistic number, I think most legit players tend to overestimate a lot and think there's cheaters in every lobby

This was why I mentioned region/servers would play a role, im sure you see a lot more than I do no doubt.

I play in NA East servers mostly. I must need cheats more than I know. My situational awareness doesn't seem to be on par with others. I'm always being surprised from behind despite my checking all around before I move. I imagine ESP will help me on that front.

Most rounds, there are several players who know where I am, even though I know I haven't been spotted. We're talking out of the way places. And according to the scoreboard, they always have high pings which place them in Europe (100ms), South America (130ms), or Asia (200+).

It just feels like there are 5 - 10 gamers closet cheating when I play. Given how the Wardogs devs clearly don't care about cheating, I thought there were more gamers deciding to cheat like myself now.

Its a perception thing thats all, there is definitely not 5-10 cheaters in every game especially in NA servers.

You also have 0 way of knowing if you've been spotted, some people do nothing but spot, so solid chance if you died and thought it was weird, you were spotted.

That said, would be more than happy to sell you cheats lol

Thanks for the offer. Much appreciated. Since there are only 1% other cheaters at best in the NA lobbies that I play in, I think I'll hold off cheating for now. It would've made more sense for me to cheat if I had to play against 10 or 15 other cheaters. But if it's just 1, then I think I can learn to live with it (for now).

Yeah NA servers theres just no way, although I've not seen a single provider get detected yet though, so maybe it will get worse and we'll see you next month!

I didn't. As you can read for yourself earlier in this thread, the consensus is only 1% or so of any given Wardogs lobby is cheating in NA servers.

So I'll just tolerate it until that number gets to 10% or so before I cheat to level the playing field.

I would say in the last week or so that I've encountered 3-4 cheaters in almost every game I've played. Not blatant, but clearly using ESP. It's easy to tell when I myself am using ESP as well.
