Not long ago, Labcore offered an additional product - a War Thunder premium account with vehicle packs.
I bought a "6 vehicle pack" for 50 dollars.(price jumped up after big interest from customers so it's different from what is written in image)
Xbox discovered a new method and shut it down; thus, all accounts created through this method resulted in permanent bans.
Labcore proposed a refund in the form of their product value multiplied by two - so if 60 dollars were lost, I'd receive 120 dollars in key time.
Unfortunately, I didn't manage to receive my premium accounts, as Xbox blocked the method before the process was completed. I wanted a refund in real money.
After some days(like 1mo from point of order) Barkie wrote "will be resolved in dms" in my ticket(which were used as a way to buy) and deleted it. I did not know why it was not closed but deleted but now I know - there is no logs from deleted discord channels as this is out of normal ticket moderation system.
As I was part of support for that time I did not saw this as a problem and thought that it will be resolved in future.
Sadly, my ways parted with Labcore one month ago and I believe it won't be resolved. It's been 70 days from my direct revolut payment.
My advise is to properly secure your assets by using epvp trade system. I did not use it and I'm responsible for my loss - I just wanted to make sure you know it before you buy it.
I don't know why you did it REMOVED, but I believe that in one day your gambling will finally succeed and I'll have my 50 dollars back. Hehe.
