byolshina, just advance through story and you will eventually come across him.

If the file is corrupt, try redownloading it. It's working for others.

Avyur there are free outfits for the duration of our Alpha.
Afterwards, people will have to work towards it in game, through stuff like daily missions/raiding.

We are planning to release our Delia update soon.
