hey guys
well in the beginning i am a new player to vindictus communty due to the ip bann from na and the eu servers few days ago downloaded the tw version of vindictus but you kinda hard to do any thing i just followed the tutorial to know how is game running . but i face one problem which is the language system which make gsme interface quests etc .. unreadable for me so ive tried to download cn english patch but it seems not working for garena any more . what iam looking for is english patch for it and how to apply it into garena game tw .
i ll appreciate that a lot

The resource folder is made by yourself - it will not be preinstalled. The text file is named "heroes_text_taiwan.txt".
So the path should be like this:
