Just use SoftEther. Lot of Japanese/Korean VPN's and all of them are free. ( There are some of USA/ EU VPN's as well. Pro tip - sort VPn's by their line speed )
I use Mudfish Networks. You can easily pay $1 and it will last you almost a month (as long as you don't change the settings to Full VPN Mode) It's REALLY affordable and worth it.
Playing vindictus EU with a proxy 10/14/2012 - Vindictus - 3 Replies Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help with this...i took a look at the old NA guide, and i tried to use proxy cap 5.02 to login to the EU version. But even if i can get to the login screen with "Europe" showing, the proxy always fails to connect.
I get a message saying "Authentication to NGM server failed" and proxy cap shows the following errors in the log :
