Possible to play outside the IP restricted zones yet?

Is it possible for people from countries or places other than the US/Canada/EU/Asia to play this game yet? Are there global servers yet? Just asking, don't come with your racial slur or other BS. Just a yes or no is fine.

I'm from South America/Latin America. So the European servers don't apply to me. does anyone else know the answer to my original question?

No, there is no global server. Only the Chinese version has no IP restriction.

Ja, man kann so gut wie alle chinesischen Spiele ohne VPN spielen (Blade & Soul CN / Age of Wushu usw.).

I was wondering how to change the maps from non-pk zones to pk zones. I know its simple but I tried and I couldn't. Here's what I did. server/data/share/maplist.csv Then I opened it with Microsoft Excel. Went to "loa" (line 8(down)) and then over to "IsNotIncreaseChao" (line BE(right)). Changed that from 0 to 1. If im right I even tested it and I could not Pk there. If anyone knows how to help me please leave the way I can change it here.

Hi all, today I tryied to log on my staller with testosterone and when I entered the game my char was no more visible!! I tryied many times and I'm sure to have choosen the right server... but the result was the same! Do you think it is a testosterone's problem or Joymax deleted my char? Hello everyone i was wondering how do people get to lvl req zones when they dont meet the lvl req? I currently use secportal and i've tryed to get to high lvl zones via wallhack and such but it ain't working. Could you guys give me some advice?
