Cyberghost should be for free (2 GB).

And a VPN from such a high distance won't ever work in a proper way, better use a proxy to log in and take it off after you are in-game.

There are pretty good tutorials on youtube, use proxycap or if you use win xp proxyfirewall.

I can't really help you if you aren't able to set up a vpn or proxy yourself after watching a few tutorials.
