Hello, few days ago i registered on vindictus EU and the problems is that i cant play it because my country which wasnt on the banned country list it is now. So is it possible to play vindictus from lithuania?

This is what im talking about if someone doesnt understand.

However, the new policy applies to new users only and existing users will be able to continue using their existing accounts to play NEXON games.

Did you try to make a new account with an European IP which isn't blocked? It might work to log in afterwards.

Otherwise you will need to play with a proxy/vpn if you want to play Vindictus Eu or you play Vindictus China.

I tried to create an account with "auto hide ip" but it didnt work
Can you tell me how to play with proxy or vpn please?

Weird, I really wonder how they sort out new accounts and unblock the IPs from the existing players (who live in a blocked country).

Anyway, here is a guide:

It works for Vindictus EU as well, you can use any proxy program which is compatible with your OS (the best proxies I usually find at hidemyass.com).
