Well I can't answer if it's good or not, i'll leave that for other people to say.
What I can tell you it's that I do support AMD systems, 90% of them.
The only combo I don't support is AM5 ASUS.

Cookie's Perm supports AMD. For Valorant, you need the fTPM option; regular TPM support alone isn't sufficient for our Valorant package.

One-time use + fTPM is €24.99. Setup requires a Windows reinstall and an 8GB USB drive, so factor that in before buying.
