Need Perm Spoofer.

guys i set up raid 0 and i use an amd graphics card with no serial i have 16gb of ram and my ram sticks dont have serials either when i downgrade and upgrade the bios i can also change the tpm key but lately ive heard that they are banning the ftpm certificate the only things left unchanged are my monitor and arp address i need a properly working perm spoofer can anyone help me or recommend a reliable place
