Honestly, I wouldd avoid the spoofers that claim you don’t need to reinstall Windows. A reinstall is usually recommended to properly clean out old traces before spoofing.
For a temp spoofer, EasyBro is worth looking at. They’re one of the better options from what I’ve seen, although they are a bit expensive.
For permanent, you can give
