Where in the ticket screenshot he attached, you can literally see him proving my point as he's literally admitting not reading **** and clicking the buy button, with also me telling him multiple times he may need additional hardware? All information was available to him before he buyed, nothing was "gatekept" or hidden from him.

You use that BULLSHIT refund service to get more orders on the "simple" spoofer that obvious won't work since they always ban all components, so people try it, get banned and need repay you to get a "full" spoof
It's a way to you a brokie make more $, since it's a big pain for you refund the 40$ or offer a respoof free because a customer followed what you told him and got banned again

It's written that even if you don't have the hardware at first, you may be asked to later purchase it, but the spoof after you purchase the hardware is free. You don't have to buy the spoofer 2 times.
The refund is given when even after said hardware is purchased, you still get delay banned.

Sorry, i talked with him on DM's and he told you denied free spoof, and yea this ain't fair at all because he could just want your spoofer if the basic spoof works, but also ain't fair because he could just tell he got banned for a refund even if worked
