I got a question If i changed my mobo,cpu,ssd,and router will that be good enough or would i rather use a spoofer. Btw the thing is that I'm going to stop cheating so what would be better?

If you dont plan on cheating again. Buying new parts is the one I recommend. If you plan on cheesing again. Go buy a spoofer instead. It wont make sense to keep buying parts everytime you get banned

You can use our spoofer and get an openwrt compatible router, raid or change ssd and you should be fine without needing to get new pc.

You don't need to buy new computer parts to play Valorant. Valorant ban usually lasts around 4 months, and after that your ban expires and you can just start playing normally again

Spoof or take a break and wait for 4 months - the most plausible solution
