There has been a wave for 2PC NDI related setups yes.

Wether it's fully detected is for me personally a doubt - i don't think so, lemme further explain why.
I think it depends on the resolution used, there are certain resolutions that are only being used by cheats and they use this for optimal performance.

I don't know enough about 2PC tho as it's not something that i'm personally focused on, this is purely what i've heard from 2PC developers/product owners.

Yes, anything non standard like 100x100, 150x150, 300x300, etc.. will lead to a ban.

It only depends on the resolution you’re using. They can’t just flag you for using NDI, it’s used in so many other ways outside of cheating.
I’ve already released an update for my 2PC CB, and all of my current customers are using it.
No one has been banned.

NDI won't get you banned. As other people mentioned you'll get flagged only. However there are other solutions than OBS or moonlight or whatever that will not flag u and keep u completely safe. You can check my profile BLY offers this solution. By the way, we were not affected by the NDI wave
