No refunds after a year lad, i believe this is normal for any busienss model in the world, I cant even refund u physically since we're using a different payment provider than the one u used over one year ago to purchase our product.
We have a refund warranty period, where refunds are given to customers if issues happen, and we even have countless vouches for it, we're quite lenient with it.

LAST but not least u never had roles to vouch in the first place for them to get revoked, we had a server issue and we renewed all roles for all users, so users that had roles before had to reverify which from my best guess u did not do it in time, thus not having the role.
This happened months ago....

You did not get scammed, u just want to play victim sadly but its part of this com, I hope my reply explains the many incorrect info you've given, misleading users.

Yes, you read that right — they wanted extra payment to fix their own product, which I already paid for.
When I questioned it, the **bot muted me** for “pinging too much,” telling me to “have a KitKat” instead of actually providing support.

After that:
- I was **muted and locked out** of every channel, including `#reputation` and `#general-chat`.
- My Customer role was suddenly removed right after I mentioned posting a warning or review.
- I could no longer leave a rep/vouch in their feedback channel — which feels a little too “coincidental” given the timing.

So not only do they refuse to help, they also silence paying users to prevent negative feedback.

You need to post your feedback in the sellers topic on this site, Making posts outside of the sellers topic for product reviews even bad ones isnt aloud. I understand your frustration but please post it in there topic.

Furthermore if you been scammed please see the support tab in my sig, make sure to post all your proof.

Also:

Always do a trade on elitepvpers if possible.
Prefer known, tested and vouched providers over fresh and unknown one.
Read the providers customer reviews on this or the TBM section.
Get informations about a provider either by asking here or somewhere else.
Use common sense.

WARNING TO EVERYONE! Before purchasing the Void spoofer, I contacted them, and they confirmed it would work and promised a full refund if it didn’t. After buying it, I tried multiple times using their guide and with their support, but it failed every single time. When I requested a refund, they refused, telling me to keep trying. Their terms of service said that after too many attempts, I would lose the refund, so I stopped. After three support attempts and three more with the owner, Garbie, each time it failed. Garbie promised a partial refund in 7 to 10 days which was not the deal nor their promise to me before buying but for me it was better than nothing. After 10 days, I reached out again for my refund, and they just closed my ticket. After 16 days, I asked again for the partial refund, and they closed the ticket once more and never reply to me. They scammed me, even insulting me when I asked for my refund. Afterward, I discovered that Void is just a rebranded version of another developer’s software—they just added their own logo. It does not work at all, and they are SCAMMERS. Please do not buy from them. I have full screenshots of all correspondence, showing Garby’s admissions and their broken promises, and I can provide them if needed. Not to mention that they reply to you once a year they are really slow after you buy they just dont care about you anymore which shows they just scam you then dont care about you.

removing his customer role is still not acceptable, from screenshots i saw that OP was waiting a lot before he got any answer, when he posted negative feedback he got his customer role removed, even if Garbo says this all was wrong he needs to at least provide this guy a decent support now, and considering OP replied in this thread later again, i assume this support wasn't provided

Looks to be a very suspicious service.

Used spoofers before, not a good luck.

Edit:
They are even on the "List of Legit/Scam SPOOFER Provider" under "AVOID AT ALL COST".
