You're not getting it unbanned.
The only way it might happen is if they can clearly see that your account was hacked, and even then, it's highly unlikely, because it's your responsibility to keep your passwords safe (their words, not mine).
And from experience, even if you try to "fake" it, they have really strong VPN's detection tools, even for residential's ones.

The only slight chance is if they can clearly confirm your account was genuinely hacked into, but its very unlikely theyll actually unban it.

Your best bet would be to SE them into thinking that you got hacked at one point and you returned later on and noticed the ban suddenly.
That only works if the IP you used when you got banned, is different from registration IP.
