TL;DR
They were advertising a lifetime UD Aim+ESP Cheat along with a full undetected "market editor". He told me this was going to cost $570 retail but was in "such a good mood" he was going to bundle the Market Editor & Private UD VALO Cheat for $330.
He stalled for hours after sending me a re-sold colorbot from Vortec as "private" and then accused me of being a RIOT employee and cracking his software (which he is simply reselling from Vortec and the Vortec Developer himself asked Fella to refund me directly).
