no colorbot works on my pc

Hi,
I recently bought this PC; Medion ERAZER Deputy P60 Intel Core i7 16GB 1TB RTX 4060 144Hz FHD 15.6 Inch Windows 11 Home Gaming Laptop.
But I have a problem I tried 3 different colorbots but none of them work, however on my other pc everything works fine. Do you have any solutions?

You guys suck i had an experience with you guys ... the worst staff support team ever .. and the mos tcomplicateds **** .. no one likes it that complicated especialy when dealing with arogant staff

If it seemed overly complicated, it may simply be a matter of the subject exceeding your current level of understanding. I suggest learning how to use windows 10 or windows 11!
