Xenos if you're reading this remove Eternal ASAP they're the worst providers after unnamed (from my experience), Unnamed support is even worse they just close tickets without leaving a reason. I would say they're unnamed 2.0 but eternal owner seems to still have a brain.

We never close tickets without a reason. If your ticket was closed, it simply means it hadn’t been active for over 24 hours. Yes, we had some issues in the past, but they’ve been resolved, and there are no longer long wait times for support. Why make false claims? It’s honestly laughable coming from someone like you. =DDD
