any good perm spoofer & new tpm chip, it will be enough to not get banned even on radiant, although I doubt you'll be there

bypass will be patched sooner or later, if you going to use public memory cheats, feel free to use tpm bypass, anyways ban, if you going to join private community or use something like colorbot, buy tpm chip
