Usually its both account ban and HWID ban.
You need to
1) clean tracers that was put by vanguard in random places in your systemregistry by reinstalling windows and flash bios
2) Spoof your hardwares serials (hard disk, motherboard etc.)
3) get TPM bypass for valo or new TPM chip
