If the private dont use middleman, might be a scam
Yea ok a super private that dont sell at all can refuse to use middleman, but if he is selling for a random its weird they decline to use it

After getting scammed a billion times on this forum, Finally found a private for 200$ per month, been alive for 5 months. Its crazy, I wasn't even looking for the private, and it showed up.
