hello,
so I had the same problem. Did you spoofed after perm ban? cause if you use any type of Bypass like TPM Bypass or SB Bypass it can cause the problem. I would recommend you to just buy a new TPM chip and reinstall your windows, buy a new windows key or continue without a key. After that you plug in your new TPM chip into your mobo and then you spoof. After doing all that you need to reinstall Valorant (freshly dont copy files from external drive) and then try to play 1 or 2 games without any cheats. Should work
edit: if that doesnt work for you, create a new Val account, open a Support ticket and tell them what the problem is. If it's because of a ban or spoof, then they'll tell you. If not, they will help you
Thanks for answer,
When i wanted to bypass my ban, i bought a new TPM Chip and never used any tpm/sb bypass before, i already reinstalled windows then and even bought a new windows key and spoofed after. I got this issue after 7 days when the spoof happened. I spoofed at 10/04/2024 and since yesterday 18/04/2024 the issue started
Hello,
Riot replied to me. Have you already checked "msinfo32" that Secure boot is displayed there as on? and at tpm.msc a TPM module is found there or does it say "no compatible TPM module was found"

Hello,
i have attached both pictures of tpm.msc and msinfo as you can its both working fine without any problems
So that also looks good.
Close Valorant and Riot
Try running CMD as admin type :bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
after that restart PC and try again.

I also tried to method already a while ago, sadly did not change anything and the issue still exist
ok, did you already tried to bypass it again? like with a secure boot and tpm bypasser even if you bought a new chip?
No i never used any bypasser and i didnt try it, i got told its enough to buy a new chip and disable PTT of Intel and clear secure boot keys since secure boot does not contain any unique number and the tpm would be bypassed by a new chip
Could it be that Val detected my USB stick since its the first boot priority, and the secure boot verification failed due that since the usb has a purpose.

just change ur boot priority then you will see if this is the reason
Failure to Communicate or Failure to Comprehend? 08/08/2011 - Rappelz - 42 Replies Apparently not even NCarbon got what my issue was. But apparently they love throwing around names and troll comments. But I love even though I have remained mostly polite and courteous, never once have I went onto another forum to voice my issues with NCarbon. All they seem to do in return is dodge my questioning and run off to sass me on other forums.
I'm glad this is the attitude you wish to be known for NCarbon, you point your finger at me and claim I ran you off. No buddies, you need to...
