I honestly would take a look at moonlight 2 PC.

Anything running on your main PC is going to send flags regardless.
If you prior coding knowledge I was able to take the open source colorbot Unibot and replicate what moonlight does with a kmbox B+ and capture card. Doubt it performs as well but its free so.
