Yes I’m using a priv rn which works with TPM enabled. I also know of many others that were already working with TPM enabled before the update

Yes.
It's mostly Important to read the start:
"If we find PCs that are too cheat-capable (e.g., because of outdated Windows or specific configurations that are conducive to allow cheating), Vanguard will restrict that PC's access to VALORANT and display an error message."

This means, most copy and paste providers, or let's just say "devs" who don't have any idea how to do something, will be down until something new comes up in some specific forums

Be aware that after this TPM enforcement a lot of free methods, or pasted spoofers do not work anymore as intend and as they used to. This is because TPM causes. Make sure to buy a quality spoofer.
