Was banned while using an Arduino. Do I need a new one?

100% best would be to order a new one, but I dont think it has much impact if you use your old one, depending on all replaced parts on your PC.

Why would you need to buy a new arduino. that is plain stupid. Spoofing literally changes everything about the arduino. OP probably got banned because they left com port open, didn't properly spoof a mouse, etc... Don't go saying completely wrong things because it is apparent you don't know what you are talking about.
