Packet/Network sniffing cheat?

Curious on cheats ran externally on web browsers or displayed on a seperate device, seen a lot of radar doing this and owned one myself for quite some time and was wondering if this was possible for a regular ESP? how much would this roughly take to make, i paid a hefty amount for the program i use now but judging it being ESP im thinking it should be way more.

Sorry for the late reply, but most of the cheats you are seeing doing radars on separate devices are either DMA devices reading memory from your pc and displaying it on another pc (or hosted on webpage for your phone), or scam. I have not seen a single packet/network sniffing cheat for valorant and don't think I will see one in my lifetime.
