There are certain cases which SSD/HDD is taken into account for valorant to ban accordingly.

They don't ban you because of RAM serials.
They can ban you for
- Motherboard + BIOS
- Drive Serial Numbers
- Drive Volume IDs
- MAC addresses
- Windows activation key
- Traces
