You will need to give some information about yourself, like your rank in Valorant, cheat history in valorant & outside of it, ID Verification is not required but he can ask for it which is less likely. He will also need your windows version too see if the cheat is compatible with your operating system and that's it.
If you have cheated in other games and provide solid proof of it, it is almost impossible to get denied.
