Delay ban?

I was banned about 3 weeks ago for using walls for only about 1-2 matches on 2 different accounts, after ban, I made a new account cleaned my PC and I haven't been banned in a little over 2 weeks. Was my ban not hwid? Or can it take longer to be banned?

if you cheated then u 100% HWID banned no matter what. usually you should be banned after 3 days

how come i havent been banned yet? it's been like 16+ days

for the most part, valorant bans are hwid but i think there are cases in which only accounts are banned, i guess thats what happened to you BUT IM NOT 100% SURE ON THIS
