[MSI] Help, i cant raid0

Hey so i have had this issue for around 3 days now and i cant seem to find any solution to it.

Long story short, i bought sync and i bought a new nvme m.2 ssd as i needed to raid0, however i physically cant.

My PC has :
Western Digital nvme m.2 SSD 1TB [This is my old, not new i bought]
Samsung 980 500GB nvme m.2 SSD [This is new one i bought]
Bios -> MSI z590 PLUS

So the issue is :
My SSD shows in windows explorer so i can see both of them, and when i go to disk management the disks are both assigned letters and are setup correctly, drivers are also fully updated.
However, when i go to my bios and try raid0, only my 1TB SSD shows up so i cant create a volume
Additionally, when i downloaded intel optane storage management the samsung ssd doesnt show up there either

Anyone has any idea on how i can fix this?
