what are the risk in buying an Account? If i'm changing all details, is there a possibility that the buyer recover the acc back?

What should i do to prevent this?

you should buy on the markets, not forums sir. There is no risk for scam, if the owner will provide you original email. He will not receive your money until you will not change all date and click received.
