Knowing the rules should be enough as an explanation. Scammer accusations are not allowed without any evidence

Wasn't accusing anyone of anything, was stating a fact that he sent me an unsolicited message and that's why I wouldn't use it.

Deterring customers and scamming them are two different things.

Evidence was provided when reporting these providers to the legit/scam list. If you don't follow our rules, you will be punished and no - there are no exceptions

Evidence could be supplied through reports and may not necessarily be required to be displayed in public.

E.g. person makes thread, posts detection, gets infraction or warning, provides proof in private

Maybe even posting to staff ahead of time for approval? Who knows

Nah it not, and someone warning people bcz he got scammed and he create post with proof and still got deleted. I know its bcz rule but why mod accept post like this? Without any proof? Huh?

i know for a fact that some provider are on the scam list while they are legit
GuPro for example its on the scam list because a user here on epvp scammed with this cheat he resold 1 account over and over because gurpo is not HWID locked (he is still not banned because mods have a deal or something idk )
