Help understanding HWID bans

Hello there. I wanted to know if anybody really knew what an HWID ban entailed, and what would need to be replaced in order to completely remove chance of being banned after playing legit. I know spoofers get detected sometimes, so if it’s as simple as replacing the motherboard please let me know. Comment below if you know what needs to be replaced.

Replace your motherboard and your SSD's, fully format them on a new windows, then your good to go.
