HWID BAN Question

Hi,
I was HWID banned a short time ago.
I looked everywhere, but couldn't find a clear answer. If I play again on a new computer but I keep the same monitor, keyboard and mouse. Is there any chance for me to get banned a second time because of this? Nobody as tested it?

I'm pretty sure that peripheral is not registered on the Hwid. It says HARDWARE ID. Hardware is not peripheral things.
