[Buying] Any better internal cheats?

I've heard alot of mixed reviews for Strafe Cheats while some say they've been UD for 5+ months while others say they've been detected hella fast, I also heard some mixed reviews of other cheats I've been looking into such as Maxi, Ghostware, Skyrant, Neox, and Stern. It would be best if someone can let me know which cheats from these options are the best/reamain ud the longest and if there's any others you can recommend to me.
