I want to share my honest experience, because I expected something better based on the way the product is advertised.
Support was good at first - when I opened my initial ticket, responses were fast. But shortly after that, I ended up getting ignored. I could see the owner active and talking in chat while my ticket stayed unanswered.
I kept asking for a 1-day test key, and I clearly said I would purchase a 3-month key afterward. The request was refused because the product was “already cheap,” which I understood. But after that, I was ghosted again.
Eventually, I decided to stop asking and just purchased the 3-month key.
And unfortunately, the product is not working at all, even though the website says:
“✅ Currently Active”
And on the Discord server, the product is shown in green, not blue or red.
This was very disappointing, especially because your own terms say:
From your Terms:
– How often are the products updated?
“Our products are updated regularly to maintain compatibility with the latest game versions… Updates are delivered swiftly, so you can continue enjoying your favorite games without interruptions.”
Support Statement:
“At ModStation, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer support… ensuring a quick and helpful response every time.”
Sadly, the reality doesn’t match this.
Support has been slow while staff are clearly online, and the product status shown on the website/Discord does not match the actual condition — it simply doesn’t work.
I am currently asking for a refund and waiting for a response.
Regarding your refund terms:
– No Refunds on Used Licenses:
“Once a license has been activated or used, refunds are strictly not available.”
I want to make it clear:
I did NOT use or activate my key. The loader didn’t even start, so the license was never used.
– Update & Maintenance Policy:
“Products may enter maintenance or require updates… refunds will not be issued during such periods.”
This does not apply to my situation either, because:
1.There is no update or maintenance notice,
2.The website and Discord both show the product as ACTIVE,
Yet it is not working at all.
Important Note:
This is NOT a -rep.
I’m sure your products themselves are good when working.
My only issue is the support experience and the lack of updated status on the site/Discord, which caused unnecessary confusion.

Thankfully , the founder was very cooperative about the refund , and he option me between refund or more days in the key and i picked a refund and he will do a refund! +++++ as soon as he came back the cheat was updated , which means as i said above the product is trustable and worth to buy...
btw he couldnt refund using normal refund so he went and use crypto to transfer! i vouch +rep goated founder/owner

I also included messages in chat from 2 people , one is talking about ticket reply slow , and the other one getting banned in 1-2 hours becuz bypass wasnt saying it got detected in site/discord before selling
