-Rep: Scam / Fake Spoofer (VOID)
I purchased a single-key HWID spoofer + TPM bypass from VOID.
Before playing, I followed every single step from their guide precisely:
• Did a full Windows reinstall
• Flashed the BIOS (with an older version)
• Installed all drivers and DirectX
• Disabled antivirus and Windows Defender
• Changed all serials (MAC, SID, standard IDs)
After completing everything, I opened a support ticket and asked if I was ready. They confirmed everything was fine and said: “You can now install Valorant.”
➡️ I launched Valorant, played two matches, and in the third match I got banned.
Immediately after, I opened a ticket requesting a refund according to their ToS, which clearly states:
If the product doesn’t work after following all steps, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund.
I provided them with all the evidence:
• Proof of purchase (payment screenshot)
• Proof I followed all steps (videos + screenshots)
• Proof of the ban (in-game message + system checker results)
Instead of issuing the refund, they started dragging the process: asking endless questions (MSINFO32, serials, this PC, restore file, etc.). I answered everything, even made videos proving that my TPM was disabled, yet in their checker it appeared enabled.
⚠️ Then they started ignoring me.
To verify, I opened a second ticket from another Discord account as if I were a new customer wanting to buy, and guess what? They responded immediately.
This proves they ignore refund requests but respond quickly to new buyers.
 Summary:
• The spoofer doesn’t work.
• I followed all steps precisely.
• I provided all required evidence.
• They refused to refund, even though their ToS says otherwise.
This is scam behavior. I strongly advise against buying from VOID. They just take your money, give you a fake spoofer, and then ignore you.
