I bought their AI, AimHelper, and External products. The AI and AimHelper didn’t work on my system, so I reached out to support. They were helpful, but ultimately couldn’t fix the issue. So, I bought the External instead, and it worked fine—I used it for one day.
After that, I asked support if I could exchange the AI and AimHelper keys for another External key since the first two didn’t work on my setup. They declined, saying they wanted to try fixing the issues first. They had already tried everything, including connecting via AnyDesk, but nothing worked.
Now that all troubleshooting has failed, I asked for either a refund or an exchange for another External key. They told me I’d need to reinstall or reset my PC. I’m like, what? I can’t just reinstall my whole system for AI and AimHelper—I have important stuff on it. After making me wait six days, they still refused a refund and said, “You failed to follow support's instructions and demanded a refund, so we won’t give it.”
